1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Apps Archs Private Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide mobile application development services, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile app design and development (iOS, Android, Web Apps)
  • API integration and backend development
  • Testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Technical consultation and support

The scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Supply necessary materials, credentials, and access on time
  • Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Delays in client responses may impact project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments shall be made according to the agreed milestone schedule
  • Advance payment may be required before project initiation
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Revisions and Changes

  • A limited number of revisions may be included as per agreement
  • Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Any major change request may require a revised timeline and cost

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed
  • We retain the right to reuse non-confidential components, code libraries, and frameworks
  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless restricted by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information
  • Not disclose such information to third parties without consent

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools, APIs, or services. The client acknowledges that:

  • These services are governed by their own terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or changes

9. Project Timeline

  • Estimated timelines are provided based on initial requirements
  • Delays caused by client, third parties, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control

10. Warranty and Disclaimer

  • We ensure that services are delivered professionally and in good faith
  • We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or misuse

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services

12. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
  • The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date
  • Upon termination, access to services may be revoked

13. Maintenance and Support

  • Ongoing support and maintenance are provided only if included in the agreement
  • Additional support services may be charged separately

14. Compliance with Laws

The client agrees that the developed application will:

  • Not violate any laws or regulations
  • Not be used for unlawful or fraudulent activities

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet or service outages

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated and/or published accordingly.
